Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains 136 gravestone rubbings, all mounted and ready for hanging. Some of the rubbings are mounted several to a board, and so there is a total of 117 mounted boards. The rubbings were made between 1977 and 1983, and represent gravestones dated 1650 to 1800. Content Description From the Collection: This collection comprises records compiled by Frederick and Joanne Siegmund as they were researching and collecting the works of Philip Pellegrino. It contains images of Pellegrino’s leather sculptures, gallery invitations to his show at Ricco Maresca Gallery, records of sales with the Siegmund family and various galleries, interview video footage, biographic information, and hand written notes.
